Yeah, I can see how that might present some fitment issues.
Glad to hear the manufacturer is falling over themselves to correct the issue.

That had to have been bent during storage or shipping. If you pulled it back, towards the front wheel, would it line up with the rest?
Orrrr. They took it out of the jig to weld the collector. The heat on the engine side of the the weld shrunk a bit, which cause the other end to move alot. Doubt Muzzy would send it out like that tho, unless they never had the item in their hands...

Gotta say...maybe it's just me?...but look at those welds....definitely doesn't 'appear' to be robotically welded...as most are.Something went wrong with that process...IMO.If ya look at a Brock's or similar exhaust system...the welds I mean, they look like they've been perfectly done and all exactly look precision.Might just be the light in those shots...but they don't look smooth?

IDK...the Brock's I have...and the metal's pretty thin...the welds look perfectly even across the width of the weld..no change in width or smoothness...Yours almost look hand welded...IDK...never seen welds like that on a professionally fabbed header pipe before. And you found they aren't the same lengths to one another....?????
As I look on those pics there...to me...it looks like the sections(at least on that longer one)weren't cut to the correct length. And I still think those welds are not from a machine. You don't suppose maybe they had this one there...as a 'preproduction' test model...and maybe it got mixed in with the other finished headers sets?I could see that happening.Purely accidental.I just went out and looked at the welds again on my system...every one is virtually the same...smooth,without any bumps or thickness changes or anything.Widths are the same on every weld. You can tell it was done with a robot.
Your second pic down...look at that weld(the center pipe)....how it narrows and isn't flat and consistent.THAT's not right right there. And those 'tac marks' on the header tips there....what's that all about?Never seen those on any header I've had....just sayin'.
Cblast has Muzzy's on his...do his have all those welded sections in em?
